Roll handling
PD lift is a torque-absorbing lift that can be equipped with a lance to handle rolls.
Mechanical tools such as mechanical lifts can also be used to lift the rolls. Typically used for light lifting.
Handling of board material (sheetmetal, glass, wood, etc.)
In order to handle different types of board materials most often some form of vacuum lifting tool is used. These are designed for the properties of the product to be handled.
The vacuum tools can be adjustable and tiltable if desired and can also be combined with the PD lift for a torque-absorbing solution.
Handling of bags
Use the bag handling tool for optimum bag handling. Most brands of bags and various sizes can be handled.
Cardboard handling
When handling cardboard, most often a vacuum tool is preferable. These are equipped with suction cups or PD Gripper depending on what is appropriate to the actual product.
Part handling
For small parts it is not always convenient or possible to use suction cups. Then PD Gripper can be a good solution to avoid having to adjust the suction surface of each product.
Handling of material with uneven surfaces
Materials with rough surfaces can often be difficult to lift with suction cups, as they do not seal enough. The PD Gripper, which is based on cellular technology allows majority of materials to be handled, even if they have a rough or wavy surface.
